The Professional School of Human Resources is an educational, management and professional body designed for those desirous of becoming Professional Human Resources practitioners. The body is registered at the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) with registration number RC 1567918. PSHR also render services in the following areas: training, management consulting, organizational structure map, new business idea and rudiments, recruitment; advisor to intending and existing organizations.

PSHR has facilitators who are seasoned professionals and trainers in management, business management, franchising and human resources Graduates from the institute have attested to the high quality of our seminars and training programmes in terms of quality of content. We have also enjoyed several referrals from them to other individuals and organizations.

PROGRAMME SUMMARY 

This program is designed to take participants through step-by-step details into the core Human Resources functions of an organization. Through this, participants will develop broad understanding of key areas such as recruitment, training and development and performance management. The course has a consistent theme and significant impact with how people are managed today.

The Human Resources Management workshop will give managers basic tools to handle numerous human resource situations such as interviewing, orientation, safety, harassment, discrimination, violence, discipline, and termination. It will also provide participants those skills necessary with certain human resource situations.

Included in this programme is Talent Management Module. Every organization wants to have the best and brightest employees. Talent Management takes care of this need. Cost of labour takes a big portion of an organization’s revenue. To optimize an employee’s potential and skill therefore, it makes sense to invest in the workforce.
