Professor Aka Mfon John 



 Professor Aka Mfon John . The president and founder of ECOLE SUPERIEURE ST. LOUIS D'AFRIQUE (ST. LOUIS African University) Republic of Benin.

Aka is Professor of International Relations and African History, specializing in Yoruba Civilization, a branch of African History.

Until his present position, he was the Dean of Law and politics at the Houdégbé North American University, Republic of Benin as a matter of fact he was the first Nigerian lecturer to ever taught in the Republic of Benin since the inception of Bi-lingual system of University Education in the country 

He became the pioneer President of Nigerian lecturers in the country and currently regarded as the father of Nigerian lecturers in the Republic of Benin.

AKA is also the Director General and a Senior Research fellow of the Centre for Peace Initiative and African Integration whose mandate is to enhance Peace and Security issues in the continent of Africa.

Professor AKA, a product of Lagos State University, Ojo Campus, Lagos, Nigeria and Pilgrims University, Burlington North Carolina, USA has been a researcher and lecturer at many Universities in and outside of the Country.

He has served on various boards and committees including those of University of London External Program, the Centre for Peace Initiative and African Integration, Peace Initiative Project and recently Porto-Novo Centre for Diaspora Studies, Republic of Benin.

In his many years of academic endevours he served as External Examiners to various Universities and had supervised thousands of undergraduates and handful post-graduate students.

He has published so many Books, Journals and Articles and presented series of occasional papers.


Professor AKA Mfon John is the President and Founder of Ecole Supérieure St. Louis d'Afrique (St. Louis African University) Republic of Benin with authorization N°049/MESRS/CAB/DC/SGM/DPP/DGES/DEPES/SA of February 2014.

SHUABU IDRIS MNI

Member, Board of Trustees of The Exchange’s IPF, representing Registered Shareholders Association Shuaibu Idris is currently the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Time-Line Consult Limited. He is responsible for providing strategic direction and guidance, managing the day to day operation and marketing of clients across the west coast of Africa and beyond. Previously, he served as the Deputy Managing Director of Dangote Flour Mills Plc from April 2009 to December 2010 where he was saddled with the responsibility for the overall management of the company and coordination of the Supply Chain, Sales and Marketing, Human Resource, Finance, Quality Control and Corporate Affairs. Prior to becoming Deputy Managing Director, he has served as the Special Assistant to the Group Chief Executive Officer; Dangote Group, Group Treasurer, Executive Director; Sales and Marketing and Group General Manager Human Resources and Administration from where he amassed several years of professional experiences. He was an Investment as well as Lending banker having risen to senior management position as well as director of a Nigerian bank. Mr. Idris completed the Lagos Business School and the Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program (AMP) and the Advanced Leadership Program from Judge Business School, Cambridge University, U.K. He also attended the prestigious National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies, Kuru, Jos, Nigeria. He holds an M.A in Banking and Finance from University of Wales, Bangor, United Kingdom and a B.Sc (Hons) in Accounting from Bayero University, Kano, Nigeria. Mr. Idris is a Fellow of the Institute of Credit Administrators (FICA), a Fellow of the Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (FCNA), Fellow of Chartered Institute of Marketing Nigeria (FNIMN), Fellow of Nigerian Institute of Management (FNIM) and Member, Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (MCIPM). He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Directors Nigeria (IoD) as well as Member of the Nigerian Economic Summit Group and the National Institute. Mr. Idris currently serve on the board of several private limited liability companies well as public quoted companies as an independent director. His interests include Football, Tennis, Swimming, and Political Debates.

Engineer Ndubuisi Idejiora-Kalu

  Engineer Ndubuisi Idejiora-Kalu is an engineer, economist and strategist. He is a Director in 7 Star Global Hangar LTD, an aircraft Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) company and also Partner at BharatAfrika Limited, a sustainable development strategy consulting company for governments across Africa. Ndubuisi Idejiora-Kalu is also Director of Strategy for the Nigeria Rebirth Project and the Nigeria Rebirth Foundation and Director of its Diplomacy & Economy Research Institute (DERI). In 2009 he was part of the presidential team that designed the Space Policy for the Nigerian Armed Forces and his recommendation for a Nigeria Manned Space program has been adopted as a vision 2030 project by the Ministry of Science and Technology. In 2012 he was appointed the first chairman from Africa to head the Working Group on Development, Environment, Agriculture, Governance and Democracy of the Global Issues Department of the International Youth Council (IYC) New York, USA. He went on to become the first National Coordinator and Founder of the First chapter of the International Youth Council in Munich, Germany. Also in 2012 he was accepted into the 13th & 14th editions of the Academy of Young Diplomats of the European Academy of Diplomats, Warsaw, Poland and is recipient of the prestigious Crans Montana Forum New Leader of Tomorrow Award, Switzerland. Ndubuisi Idejiora-Kalu also headed the strategy and policy division of the African Youth Union Commission and was Principal Investigator to the European Space Agency. In the research areas of Artificial Intelligence, Space Technology, Strategy and explaining the Master-Slave Psychology Syndrome in Economics & Politics, he is a guest lecturer to universities and institutes across the world and is author of the best seller "Strategy". He speaks Igbo, English and German fluently.


GABRIEL OPENE


Registrar/CEO Chartered Institute of Public Management, he is a graduate of University of Lagos where he read Business Administration and furthered to read Master in Public Administration (MPA) from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology Ogbomoso. He started his work career as a Banker with UBA and left the industry in 1999 after 19 years of service. 

He joined the Institute of Administrative Management, Lagos as a Lecturer and rose to the position of Senior Lecturer. In 2006, he joined Institute of Credit and Risk Management as Head of Training. In 2007, he joined Portfolio and Debt Management Institute as a Director of Training until year 2009, when he co-founded Institute of Public Management, Nigeria (Now Chartered Institute of Public Management of Nigeria) as the Registrar/CEO

Mr. Opene has undergone various training and workshops. He has a Diploma from London Institute of Bankers and also a Certificate on Public Management from London Corporate Training London U.K and a Global MINI Master of Public Administration from RUTGERS, State University of New Jersey USA. He is a member Credit & Risk Management Institute, a member, Nigeria Institute of Management (MNIM) and a Fellow of Chartered Institute of Public Management of Nigeria and became Council member of Professional School of Public Relation in 2019. He is happily married with children.


DR. MIKE OKIRO


 Dr .Mike Mbama Okiro, CFR, NPM, mni the 13th indigenous Inspector-General of Police of the Federal Republic of Nigeria,

was born on 24th July, 1949, attended St. Michael’s Primary School, Kalabari Beach, Oguta. As a young boy he attended St. Peter Claver Seminary, Okpala.  During the Nigerian Civil war he studied philosophy in St. Augustine Seminary Afaha Obong, Ikot-Ekpene (Bigard in exile). After the war he got admitted into the University of Ibadan, Oyo State where he bagged a Bachelor of Arts Degree with honors in English in 1976. He proceeded thereafter to the University of Lagos and obtained a Masters Degree in Public Administration. 

He also holds a Bachelor of Law and Master Law Degrees from the University of Jos, Plateau State. Okiro in addition also holds Honorary Doctorate Degrees from the Federal University of Technology, Owerri, Imo State and Novena University, Delta State and University of Jos. He is also an Alumnus of the prestigious National Institute for Policy and strategic Studies (NIPSS), Kuru, Plateau State.

Sir (Dr.) Mike Mbama Okiro is a man with vast literary acumen and has authored four books. He is happily married with children and enjoys playing chess, writing, and an energetic leader with numerous training skills.
