Member, Board of Trustees of The Exchange’s IPF, representing Registered Shareholders Association Shuaibu Idris is currently the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Time-Line Consult Limited. He is responsible for providing strategic direction and guidance, managing the day to day operation and marketing of clients across the west coast of Africa and beyond. Previously, he served as the Deputy Managing Director of Dangote Flour Mills Plc from April 2009 to December 2010 where he was saddled with the responsibility for the overall management of the company and coordination of the Supply Chain, Sales and Marketing, Human Resource, Finance, Quality Control and Corporate Affairs. Prior to becoming Deputy Managing Director, he has served as the Special Assistant to the Group Chief Executive Officer; Dangote Group, Group Treasurer, Executive Director; Sales and Marketing and Group General Manager Human Resources and Administration from where he amassed several years of professional experiences. He was an Investment as well as Lending banker having risen to senior management position as well as director of a Nigerian bank. Mr. Idris completed the Lagos Business School and the Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program (AMP) and the Advanced Leadership Program from Judge Business School, Cambridge University, U.K. He also attended the prestigious National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies, Kuru, Jos, Nigeria. Aditi Raman Shridhar is a dynamic young Indian journalist. She has worked with leading english dailies and magazines in India and currently writes health and wellness columns in an Ondo-based newspaper, The Hope. Aditi started her journalistic career quite young. She has garnered over 10 years of professional experience in that field. She was selected as the editor of her high school newspaper, Xavier-online, in St. Xavier’s School, Bokaro, India which fuelled her passion for journalistic writing. In 2006, she enrolled in the most prestigious college for Arts in India, Lady Shri Ram College for Women, New Delhi, where she got a bachelor in History. During this time, the young writer joined a youth newspaper called The Viewspaper, in which she wrote about the successes and challenges of college-going students, the scenario of career and education in India and health and nutrition. In 2010, Aditi went on to study journalism at the Asian College of Journalism, Chennai and the most prestigious college for journalism in India. After which, she joined Hindustan Times newspaper, where she became the youngest journalist to receive an award for excellence in reporting. Aditi’s stories on the rising crimes against women in Jharkhand state pushed the state government to install CCTv cameras in many parts of the state capital, Ranchi. In 2014, she completed her Masters in Journalism from Cardiff University, UK. Her college thesis focused on the Indian media’s coverage of crimes against women. It was appreciated and it fetched the second highest score in her academic batch. She later joined The Times of India; the most widely read paper in India, as an editor and mastered the art of news editing, page conceptualization and other facets of newspaper production. She was part of the core team at TOI in the country’s two biggest political news coverages, namely The Union Budget and General Elections of 2014. The excellent public speaker and photographer has diversified her skills and become more versatile in her work. In 2013, she was commissioned by Jharkhand state government to travel the state, photograph and write brochures for tourists, as well as boost tourism. She has since then been invited to many schools and colleges in India to conduct workshops on writing, photography, editing and career counseling. She has also tutored college students for international exams TOEFL & IELTS. She has spoken about the importance of good mental, physical and emotional health as key components to success in life. She has lived in Akure and Ondo for a year now, where she taught Yoga to women and children. Beyond media, Aditi loves to travel, sing, dance and watch comedy and animation movies. She lives in Lagos with her husband.
Adeyinka Meduoye
Adeyinka Meduoye is a Public Affairs Analyst, Content Developer, and a Community Influencer, having obtained a B.Sc in Chemistry from the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta. He is a Graduate Fellow of the Professional School of Public Relations, and also a serving fellow of Innovative for Africa, a USA based Fellowship Program that nurture, inspire and train aspiring African Entrepreneurs to be innovative for Africa Development. As an undergraduate, he was foremost union leader and pen activist back in the prestigious Federal University of Abeokuta, Ogun State, Nigeria. He was a former General Secretary of the College of Physical Sciences Students’ Association, FUNAAB Chapter; a former President of the National Association of Ilaje Students, FUNAAB Chapter; a former Senator representing the National Association of Ilaje Students, FUNAAB Chapter at the national level; a former General Secretary of the National Association of Ondo State Students, FUNAAB Chapter; a finalist of the Kashim Ibrahim Fellowship 2019; and a former Fellow, the Volunteer Hub, 2019. During his National Youth Service days, he doubly serves as the Secretary General and Project Manager for a Community Development Service Club called Environmental Protection and Sanitation. Adeyinka is a force to reckon with, especially in the arena of public affairs analysis, youth and good governance advocacy, in which he has been steadily honored for his development mindset and contributions towards the nation’s development. He has an impressive leadership history coupled with a fantastic writing and speaking career, as evident in a writing contest he won during his early years as an undergraduate. He is a member of the International Youth Council, National Youth Council of Nigeria, Young African Leaders Initiative Network and a host of other youth organizations. Presently, Adeyinka is the Country Ambassador for Youth Opportunities, Bangladesh, which is the largest opportunity discovery platform for youth across the globe. He is the Lead Convener of the first Online National Youth Summit with some of Nigerian finest and patriotic youths as speakers. During this course, he is saddled with some ambassadorial responsibilities to create a perfect bridge between opportunity providers and opportunity seekers, that is the youth, so that they can get easy, free and instant access to all life-changing opportunities. He is an Ambassador of GivingWay, and also the MBRU Community Immunity Ambassador for the prevention of COVID-19.
TAIWO BERNARD
He is a graduate of Agricultural Economics from the University of Ife (Now Obafemi Awolowo University). He had his Masters degree in Industrial and Labour Relations at the University of Ibadan and a Masters in Human Resource Development from Lagos State University. He began his career work as Manager, Soata International Limited before moving to Vanguard Media Limited in 1999 where he worked in the editorial desk and left in 2009 as Sub-Editor. He has also worked with other media houses such as News of the World, Newswatch Newspapers and the National Mirror. He was a part-time lecturer at the Lagos State University External System from 2002 to 2014. Mr. Bernard is a consultant and business strategist to several organizations. He is a member of Nigeria Institute of Management, Associate Member, Chartered Institute of Personnel Management. He is also a Member, Institute of Cost Accounting and Chartered Institute Of Strategic Managers and Leaders, and Member, Courier and Logistics Management Institute. He founded TCB and Associates in 2012, a company involved in editing and publishing. He is happily married with children.
